Melanie Snell, Doctor of Acupuncture, is a passionate and highly skilled practitioner dedicated to holistic healing and integrative wellness. With advanced training in acupuncture, holistic nutrition, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, cognitive behavioral and somatic therapy, Acutonics and sound therapy and herbal medicine, she brings a deeply intuitive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach to health and healing.
As the founder of Soul Lux, a holistic health practice and lifestyle brand, Melanie is committed to helping individuals cultivate balance, vitality, and self-awareness. Her practice blends the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern mindfulness, somatic techniques, and a spirit of curiosity—creating personalized pathways to deep healing and transformation.
She works with individuals navigating chronic illness, emotional imbalance, trauma, and those seeking a greater connection to self and purpose. Registered with the College of Acupuncturist of Alberta (CAA) and The Association of Registered Acupuncturists of Prince Edward Island (AcupuncturePEI). She completed a comprehensive three-year post-graduate acupuncture program at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC, and holds a diploma in holistic nutrition from The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). Currently, Reiki Master level and more.
