I grew up in PEI and recently moved back during 2021-2023 to spend time with friends and family. It was an honour to impact the PEI communities in such a positive way. I miss my islander clients a lot.

I am truly honored to have won multiple awards over two years while living in PEI. Providing the highest level of care to my clients wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of my husband, Peter—who not only keeps me focused but also makes sure I’m well-fed (a crucial part of the job, haha!). Jokes aside, I’m deeply grateful to every PEI’er who voted for me. Your support means the world, and I’m beyond thankful to be part of such a wonderful community.

Island Tides Festival, Prince Edward Island
Workshop
The Island Tides Festival is a vibrant local yoga event held every June on PEI, and I highly recommend taking the week to explore the island and immerse yourself in the experience! In 2022, I had the honor of facilitating a fully sold-out event, where a group of 30 participants came together to learn about acupuncture and herbal medicine. The highlight of the gathering was a Community-Style Acupuncture ceremony, where everyone received treatment in a shared, healing space. It was a deeply grounding and transformative experience—one that truly embodied the power of holistic healing in a supportive community.
